Employees use this tool to fetch the employee enablement programs that they are enrolled
in, as well as those their direct reportees are enrolled in. You need to provide the full username
(first name and last name) for this tool to work. If a manager has more than 2 reportees with the
same first and last name, the tool will not work and may bring data for any one of
them.

The Get Enablement Program tool fetches employee enablement program details for up to 3 reportees
per manager. For each reportee, the tool fetches details for up to 10 employee enablement
programs.
To fetch employee enablement program details, this tool can handle up to 3 reportees per manager.
It can retrieve details for up to 10 enablement programs for all 3 reportees. If the user
requests all enablement programs or details about a specific program, the Tool will only fetch
the metadata, not the assignee details or progress details for each program.
To ensure managers can view the enablement program data of their direct
reportees, create sharing settings that give managers access to the employee records of their
reportees. This ensures that managers can see the necessary data for their direct reports.
