          HR Service uses Salesforce Knowledge to help employees access knowledge articles in Employee Portal. Your employees can read the articles to find answers and solutions to their issues.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.

          To enable Salesforce Knowledge, you must perform these tasks:

          • Assign permissions to user profiles
          • Enable topics for articles
          • Map articles to topics
          • Enable voting on articles
          • Add the Knowledge tab
          • Publish your changes
