Enable the Employment Status Data Import app in your Salesforce org to sync the
employee profile between Workday and Salesforce by employee status. Link Workday employee
statuses with their corresponding Salesforce statuses to ensure accurate synchronization. The
Employment Status Data Import app also updates other employee details from Workday, such as end
date, reporting manager, and address changes, in their Salesforce profiles.

In Setup, find and select MuleSoft Direct.
On the Integrations Setup page, in the Available Assets area, go to the Employment
Status Data Import, and then click Enable.
Enter a display name for the integration.
A display name is how you want the enabled integration instance to be referenced in a
Salesforce org.
Enter the app name.
Make sure that the app name is unique to your MuleSoft instance.
Select the business group that you want to enable the integration for.
Select the environment where you want to enable the integration.
Select the deployment target where you want to deploy the integration.
Click Next.
Enter configuration details for the dependent app.
In the Workday Statuses field, enter Workday statuses for syncing employee
profiles.
Use a comma-separated list to enter multiple statuses. To link Workday and
Salesforce statuses, click Additional Parameters, and then
enter the Workday status as the key and the Salesforce status as the value.
Click Proceed and wait for the enablement process to be
completed.
