            Create a Report and Dashboard to View Survey Responses

            To view the case closure survey responses, create a report type and then create a report and dashboard.

            Required Editions

            View supported editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To create and update custom report types: Manage Custom Report Types
            To create, edit, and delete reports in private folders: Create and Customize Reports
            To create, edit, and delete reports in public and private folders: Report Builder OR Report Builder (Lightning Experience)
            To create a dashboard: Drag-and-Drop Dashboard Builder
            1. Create a report type.
              In object relationships, select Case as the primary object. Relate the case object to the Survey Subjects object. Then, relate the Survey Subjects object to the Survey Responses object. See Custom Report Types.
            2. Create a report by using the new report type.
            3. Create a dashboard by using the new report.
