          Before you begin make sure, you've completed theses steps.

          • The agent selected for Dynamic Q&A is configured with an Agent User that has minimal permissions and object access to prevent misuse.
          • Verify that the Agent is associated with a General FAQ topic built on publicly available knowledge articles.
          • Confirm that you have View Agents permission to configure ASA agents on the Self-Service AI Experiences page.
          • Choose the agent carefully because the answers are generated by an agent that runs in the Agent User context.
          • Make sure that a Data Cloud license is available.
          1. Open your Experience Cloud help site.
          2. Open a Knowledge Article in your help portal.
          3. Scroll down and click the Dynamic Q&A section.
          4. Select a question to expand and view its answer.
          5. If you don’t see what you need, click Have Questions? button to start a live chat session.

            Note The Have Questions? button appears only if either Quick Chat or Enhanced Chat is configured on the page, for LWR or Aura sites.
