          By default, email isn’t supported for Autonomous Scheduling agent conversations. This example explains how you can set up your agent to connect to email.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Field Service and Foundations, or Einstein 1 Field Service Edition or Agentforce 1 Field Service Edition.

          Before you begin, follow the steps for setting up Email-to-Case. It doesn’t require additional licenses and is available by default in Field Service.
