          Service Appointment Sharing

          • To let the service resources view and modify service appointments assigned within their service territory, set up a Sharing Rule for the Service Appointment object with Read/Write or Read/Edit access. Assign the Sharing Rule to users based on their Service Territory Membership.
          • To let the dispatcher/admin assign service resources to service territories and manage the associated sharing, confirm that the profile or permission set used by the dispatcher/admin allows them to manage territory assignments and sharing rules.
          • For testing purposes, as an admin, verify that a service resource can see and edit a service appointment assigned to them in their primary service territory.
