            Set Up Autonomous Scheduling in the New Agentforce Builder

            Create your AI agents and set them up for success. For a simplified experience, use the automated Salesforce Go tool to guide you through the entire setup and get you started. If you encounter issues with the automation, you can complete the process manually.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Field Service and Foundations, or Einstein 1 Field Service Edition or Agentforce 1 Field Service Edition.

            Option 1: Salesforce Go

            1. Select Salesforce Go from the gear menu or from the main Setup menu.
            2. Select Agentforce for Field Service.
            3. Follow the steps on the page.

            Option 2: Manual

            1. Review and complete the prerequisites.
            2. Create and set up the agent.
