          Complete Asset Service Prediction Requirements

In the Asset Service Prediction guided setup, the "Complete Asset Service Prediction Requirements" step configures your Salesforce organization with the necessary permissions, features, and data components required to implement and use Asset Service Prediction successfully.

To begin the configuration, in Setup, go to Asset Service Prediction, and then click Start. This action triggers an automated workflow that executes each of the steps outlined below. A green checkmark next to a step indicates that it was completed successfully.

          • Assign App Framework & View Permissions and AI Accelerator Permissions: Ensures only authorized users can manage, configure, and view the feature and its underlying components. Assigns two critical permission sets to the relevant users.
          • Enable AI Accelerator: Activates the AI Accelerator platform feature, crucial for Asset Service Prediction's predictive analysis and machine learning.
          • Grant Data 360 Salesforce Connector Permissions: Assigns a permission set for the AI Accelerator to read source data from Data 360, ensuring the prediction models have necessary access. The connector requires Read and View All access to specific objects to generate asset service predictions.
          • Install and Deploy Service Data Kit: Deploys the necessary data schemas, mappings, and pre-packaged data bundles for Asset Service Prediction to ensure the correct data structure and Field Service integration dependencies.
