In the Asset Service Prediction guided setup, the "Complete Asset Service Prediction Requirements" step configures your Salesforce organization with the necessary permissions, features, and data components required to implement and use Asset Service Prediction successfully. - Enable Field-Level Security for the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector Permission Set
To properly configure Asset Service Prediction, ensure that the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector permission set has the necessary access to specific fields across several key objects. - Create Data Streams and Data Lake Objects
Create data streams and data lake objects (DLO) to connect and associate your data with the information that is stored in Data 360. This process creates a unified view of your service history for better analysis and insights into your service operations. - Install and Enable Asset Service Prediction
During the Asset Service Prediction install, you can configure the tool and optimize its AI model for performance. - Moderate Access to AI Accelerator
Assign the AI Accelerator permission set to let mobile users access Asset Service Prediction.
