            Set Up Agentforce Permissions for Field Service Dispatchers

            Get access to Agentforce for Field Service Dispatchers features.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with the Einstein for Field Service add-on. Also available in Einstein 1 Field Service Edition.

            To purchase the Einstein for Field Service add-on, contact your Salesforce account executive.

            Setup for Einstein generative AI is available in Lightning Experience.
            The Field Service core features and managed package are available in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To create and assign permission sets: Manage Profiles and Permission Sets

            Before you begin, follow the steps in Set Up Einstein Generative AI.

            Note Don’t skip the steps for setting up Data 360.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Permission Sets.
            2. In these permission sets, click Manage Assignments, and then click Add Assignments.
            3. Assign this permission set to the relevant admins and dispatchers: Einstein Field Service User
