            Geolocation-Based Action Fields

            Geolocation-Based Actions have the following fields.

            Required Editions

            Available in: both Salesforce Classic (not available in all orgs) and Lightning Experience
            The Agentforce Field Service and Operations core features, managed package, and mobile app are available in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
            Field Name Description
            Action Data

            The details of the selected action type.

            Action Data is given in JSON format.

            • For the Platform Alert action type, no Action Data is needed.
            • For the View Record action type, the JSON format is of the ID of the record. For example, {"viewRecord": "1WLxx000000003FGAQ"}.
            • For the Quick Action action type, the JSON format is the API name of the quick action as it’s shown in the page layout. For example, {"quickAction": "Global.LogACall"}. Quick actions must be of type Flow, Lightning Web Component, or Create and Update Record.
            Action Type

            The type of action. Possible values are:

            • Platform Alert
            • Quick Action
            • View Record
            Description The description of the action.
            First Time Triggered Captures the first time the mobile worker invoked this action.
            Last Time Triggered Captures the last time the mobile worker invoked this action.
            Name The name of the action.
            Radius (in meters) The distance in meters from the location of the associated object that triggers the action. The minimum radius is 100 meters.
            Reference Record The ID of the record that the action is associated with.
            Trigger Type

            Determines when this action is triggered.

            Possible values are:

            • Enter
            • Exit
