Set Up Field Service Basics
Build and manage the central features of Agentforce Field Service and Operations (formerly Field Service). With help from Salesforce Go, set up your workforce and service territories, set up inventory tracking, and get started with work orders and maintenance plans.

Note Field Service is now Agentforce Field Service and Operations. In some cases,

Enable Field Service to start using Field Service features. - Install the Field Service Managed Package
After Field Service is enabled, install the managed package to gain access to the Classic Dispatch Console, scheduling tools, a range of custom objects, and Guided Setup. - Manage Field Service Permissions
Give your team access to Field Service features. Create and assign standard permission sets and permission set licenses. Then add customizations to suit your business needs. - Set Up Service Territories, Operating Hours, and Shifts for Field Service
Create service territories to track the places where your team performs field service work. Assign regular operating hours to each service territory to indicate when work can be performed.
