          Set Up Work Capacity in Experience Cloud

          The Experience Cloud site enables your partner community dispatchers to see consumption relative to the defined limit in service territories to which they have access. Based on their permissions, they can also create and edit work capacity limits for those service territories.

          Required Editions

          Available in: both Salesforce Classic (not available in all orgs) and Lightning Experience
          The Agentforce Field Service and Operations core features, managed package, and mobile app are available in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To create, customize, or publish an Experience Cloud site: Create and Set Up Experiences AND View Setup and Configuration
          To create a permission set: Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
          To assign a permission set license: Manage Users

          Package icon This is a Field Service managed package feature.

          1. Set up permission sets and sharing.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Permission Sets. Click the Field Service Community Dispatcher Permissions permission set. In Apex Class Access, verify that the FSL.capacityLimit Apex class exists.
            2. Create a user territory for any territory that you want to show in the Experience Cloud site. In Setup, click the Object Manager tab and add the User field to the User Territory page layout. From the App Launcher, find and select User Territories and create a user territory with the Experience Cloud user and service territory you want the user to access.
            3. In the Field Service Settings, on the Scheduled Jobs tab, make sure that Share all work capacity records with public user groups associated with the service territory is selected.
          2. Create an Experience Builder site.
            1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter All Sites.
            2. Select All Sites under Digital Experience and click New.
            3. Click Build Your Own (Aura) and create your Experience Cloud site.
            4. Click Builder and delete the sample component.
            5. In Experience Builder, from the components option, drag a Tab Layout (New) component to the header section.
          3. Add the Gantt to your Experience Builder site (optional):
            1. Select the first tab and enter a name for it. Make it publicly available and save it.
            2. From the Components menu, drag a Visualforce Page component to the Content section of the page you created for the Gantt. Set the component’s properties. For the VF Page name, enter vf001_ServiceExpert. The recommended height is 800 pixels.
            3. Create an Experience Builder site. For specific instructions, see step 2 in this article.
            4. For Gantt setup instructions, refer to step 9a in this article.
          4. Add Work Capacity objects and the Work Capacity tab to the Experience Builder site. See Add Tabs to Your Experience Cloud Site .
            1. In the components list, scroll down to the Capacity Limit Summary View component and drag it to the first tab in the page. 
            2. Drag a Record list component to a tab, for each of the Work Capacity objects (WorkCapacityLimit, WorkCapacityUsage, and WorkCapacityyAvailability), and from the record list dialog box choose the object that you want to add to this tab.
          5. Publish the new site.
          6. Add the required partner or community profiles in the Members section, and select the Field Service Community Dispatcher Permissions to be allowed in the site.
          7. In the Administrator section, activate the new site.
          8. Give site users access to the new work capacity page.
            1. Confirm that the site users who need access to the work capacity page have a Partner Community user license.
            2. Create the site dispatcher permission sets. From the App Launcher, find and open the Field Service Admin app, and then click Field Service Settings. Then, click Permission Sets in Getting Started.
            3. Confirm that the Field Service Community Dispatcher tile shows a message indicating that the permission set is current. If it doesn’t, click Create Permissions.
            4. Assign two permission sets to the site users who need access to the work capacity page: Field Service Community Dispatcher License and Field Service and Community Dispatcher Permissions.
          9. To show rule violations on the Gantt in the Experience Cloud site, share the Work Capacity work type rule.
            1. Add the Classic Dispatch Console to your Experience Builder site. See Add the Field Service Classic Dispatch Console to an Experience Builder Site.
            2. From the App Launcher, find and select Work Rules and share the Work Capacity work rule with the partner community user.
