What’s New in Click Field Service Edge for Fuji MR23
Learn about the new features and enhancements that are part of the Service Edge Fuji MR23 release.
Release Highlights
The Fuji MR23 release focuses on improvements in product trust and providing the highest level of security. As announced recently, Salesforce is retiring Click Field Service Edge. The official end-of-life date is December 31, 2026.
In the spotlight for this release is FSE’s Data Exporter Tool that allows customers to accelerate their transition to Salesforce Field Service (SFS) by exporting FSE data objects into a CSV file format.

- FSE End of Life Notification
The admin user will receive a monthly or quarterly reminder notification regarding the product's upcoming end-of-life date.

Platform
- Setup Tool Deprecation
The Setup tool was decommissioned from FSE in October 2025. Admin users that used the Data Center as part of the Setup tool to enable the import of calendar data in CSV format can now use a new setting option called Calendar Import to import calendar data. This option can be found under General Settings | Setup.
Community Portal Tools
- Ideas Space Deprecation
Posting new Ideas in the Community Portal is no longer supported and has been deprecated.
Mobile
ClickMobile Touch App
- New Android app release: 20.5.13
- The app will be released to beta testers first, and then to the Google Play Store.
