          HR Service Initial Setup

          Use Salesforce Go to swiftly enable HR Service initial setup that includes deploying assets, setting up accounts, configuring the self-service portal, and assigning permissions.

          Required Editions

          1. From the Salesforce Go page, go to the Feature Sets tab and filter the features by selecting HR Service from the Cloud dropdown menu.
          2. Under Set Up and Deliver HR Service Across Channels, click View All Features.
          3. Under HR Service Initial Setup, click Set Up.
          4. Turn on HR Service Initial Setup. This deploys employee dashboards and reports, and is done exclusively through Salesforce Go.
          5. To provide Self-Service in an experience cloud site, Click Go to Setup and create an employee portal site for employees. Use the Employee Portal template to create the site.
          6. Under Configure Person Accounts, complete the readiness checklist and enable Person accounts in setup.
          7. Assign Person account record type to profiles.
          8. For Manage User Access, click Manage to assign permission sets to the System Administrator profiles.
