Get insights on your inventory and products. Track and analyze stock levels, consumption rates, demand, and request statuses.
To refine your view, select from the filters and review the high-level statistics. In the charts, you can see data on products items, consumed and required products, and product requests.

| Total Product Items | Total from the Quantity On Hand field. The source is the Product Item object. |
| Total Products Required | Total from the Quantity Required field. The source is the Product Required object. |
| Total Products Consumed | Total from the Quantity Consumed field. The source is the Product Consumed object. |
| Total Product Requests | Total from the Quantity Requested field. The source is the Product Request–Product Request Line Item child object. |
| Total Product Items | Top 10–20 products available listed in descending order of quantity on hand. The source is the Product Item object. |
| Products Required | Total number of products required sorted by product name. The source is the Product Required object and looks up to the Product object. |
| Products Required by Work Type | Top products required sorted by work type. The source is the Product Required object and looks up to the Work Type object. |
| Products Consumed | Total product consumed sorted by product name. The source is the product lookup. |
| Product Requests | Most requested products listed in descending order. The source is the Product Request–Product Request Line Item child object. |
| Product Requests by Status | Product requests sorted by status. The source is the Product Request–Product Request Line Item child object. |
