From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Customer Service Incident
Management, and then click Customer Service Incident
Management.
From the Broadcast Settings tab, enable Broadcast Site Banner.
After broadcast site banners are enabled, create one or more broadcast topics and assign them
to network sites.
