Enable broadcast alerts to let incident managers send disruptive in-app notifications when an incident occurs.
After broadcast Slack messages are enabled, optionally review which Slack channels you want to use for broadcasts, create one or more broadcast topics, and assign them to Slack channels. Then, give users access to Broadcast Communications.
