To let users add a broadcast site banner to your Aura and LWR sites when an incident
occurs, enable broadcast site banners, create a broadcast topic, and assign it to a network site.
Then, add the Site Banner component to your sites in Experience Builder.
Enable Broadcast Site Banners Enable broadcast site banners to let users add a banner with critical information to your Aura and LWR sites.
Create a Broadcast Topic for Broadcast Site Banners To let users create a broadcast site banner, first create at least one broadcast topic. When an incident occurs, users can then add broadcast site banners to an Experience Cloud site based on a broadcast topic.
Assign a Broadcast Topic to a Network Site To let users add a broadcast site banner to your Aura and LWR sites, assign a broadcast topic to one or more network sites. Assigning the broadcast topic to a network site creates a link between a broadcast topic and your Experience Cloud sites. When an incident occurs, users can then add broadcast site banners to an Experience Cloud site based on a broadcast topic.
Add the Site Banner Component to Your Sites To let users add a banner to your Aura and LWR sites, add the Site Banner component to your site in Experience Builder. You can also customize the look and feel of your banner.
