            Set Up Agentforce IT Service Analytics Dashboards

            Set up Agentforce IT Service Analytics Dashboards to visualize IT service performance metrics.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Unlimited and Developer Editions with Agentforce IT Service and Data 360
            User Permissions Needed
            To view setup and configuration: System Admin profile or Data Cloud Architect permission set
            Tip
            Tip To track your progress, after you complete each setup task, select the checkbox next to it.
            1. Go to Salesforce Go, find and select Intelligence for IT service.
            2. Click Keep Going.
            3. In the Intelligence for IT Service section, click Get Started.
            4. Turn on Intelligence for IT Service.
              1. In the Turn on Intelligence for IT Service section, click Turn On.
              2. Click Confirm.
            5. Check if Data 360 is enabled on your Salesforce org.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box enter Data Cloud Setup.
              2. Select Data Cloud Setup Home.
                If Data 360 is enabled, you’ll see details regarding your Data 360 instance on your home org along with your org’s details.
            6. Enable data exchange between your org and Data 360, connect Data 360 to your Salesforce org.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Salesforce CRM and select Salesforce CRM.
              2. Click New.
              3. Click Connect to a Salesforce org.
              4. Select Data Cloud Setup Home.
                If Data 360 is enabled, you’ll see details regarding your Data 360 instance on your home org along with your org’s details.
              5. After your org is connected, verify that the connection is visible and active.
            7. Ingest intelligence data and deploy the IT Services Data Kit.
            8. Assign permission sets to admin and users to configure and view the IT Service Intelligence dashboards.
              1. In the Manage User Access section, click Manage.
              2. To assign users, in the Tableau Next Admin tab, select the checkboxes for the users.
              3. Click Assign.
              4. Click Done.
            9. Install the dashboards.
              1. In the Manage IT Service Intelligence section, click Manage.
              2. Click OK, Install.
