          Use the IT Service Calendar

          After admins configure event types, IT teams schedule and track events on the calendar.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.
          User Permissions Needed
          To view change requests on the IT Service Calendar: View access on Change Request
          To view releases on the IT Service Calendar: View access on Release
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select IT Service Calendar.
          2. Create an event on the calendar.
            1. Click New Event.
            2. Enter an event name and select an event type.
            3. If necessary, add a description and assign the event to a user.
            4. Enter the start and end date and time.
            5. To schedule an event that spans the entire day instead of specifying start and end times, select All-Day Event.
            6. Save your changes.
          3. Use the Calendar Controls panel to filter the view.
            • For predefined events, filter by Event Type.

            • For change requests, filter by Type, Priority, Status Code, Status, or Category.

            • For releases, filter by Release Type, Status, or Priority.

          4. To view event details, click an event block on the calendar.

          Each time you create a change request or a release, a corresponding event is automatically created on the IT Service Calendar. Click an event to view its details.
