Set Up Service Catalog for the Employee Services Portal
The Employee Services portal ships with a Service Catalog page on both the Agentic
Center and Agentforce Employee Center templates. Configure the Unified Catalog component on the
page to show your IT service offerings to employees.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited
Editions with Agentforce IT Service.
User Permissions Needed
To customize an Experience Builder site:
Create and Setup Experiences
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sites, and then select
All Sites under Digital Experiences.
Open your Employee Services portal site in Builder mode.
From the page picker at the top of Builder, select Service
Catalog.
Select the Unified Catalog component on the page.
In the configuration panel, enter the record ID of the catalog you want to link to and
configure other information.
If you don't enter the record ID of a specific catalog, all active service processes in
your org will be available on the portal.
Publish the changes.
