          Configure Global Search for the Agentic Center Portal

          On Employee Services portal sites built with the Agentic Center template, configure the search bar to include the objects you want in the autocomplete results so employees can quickly find records they need.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.
          User Permissions Needed
          To customize or publish an Experience Cloud site:
          • Create and Set Up Experiences AND View Setup and Configuration AND be a member of the site

            OR

          • View Setup and Configuration AND be a member of the site AND have appropriate role-based site access
          1. From Setup, in Quick Find box, enter Sites, and then select All Sites under Digital Experiences.
          2. Find your site and click the Builder option.
          3. Click the Global Search Box component on the page.
          4. Under Objects in Autocomplete Results, add the objects you want in Autocomplete results.

            Knowledge and Incidents are available out-of-the-box. You can add other objects relevant for your employees, such as Cases and Service Catalog Requests.

            1. Click Add to add a new object.
            2. Click Account Brands to change the object type.
            3. Select the object you want from the Object picklist.
            4. Save your changes.
          5. To review your changes, click Preview.
          6. To make your changes live for all users, click Publish.
