            Create and Publish an Employee Services Portal Site

            Build and customize the Experience Cloud site that hosts the Employee Services portal. Choose from the Agentforce Employee Center template or the Agentic Center template for IT Services. These templates provide preconfigured pages and components for IT Services to help you set up your site.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.
            User Permissions Needed
            To create and customize an Experience Builder site: Create and Setup Experiences
            1. Create an Experience Cloud site for your Employee Services portal and choose a template when the site creation wizard prompts you.

              For IT Service, use one of the two Experience Cloud templates:

              • Agentforce Employee Center
              • Agentic Center

              We recommend using the Agentforce Employee Center template for new portal sites.

            2. Use Experience Builder to build and customize the site.
            3. Publish your site.
