            Set Up Assignment Rules for IT Services

            Use the simplified setup flow to enable Assignment Rules for your organization. This process also enables and configures Context Service and Decision Table access which are required for assignment rules to function.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce IT Service.
            User Permissions Needed
            To set up Assignment Rules: Customize Application
            1. From the Salesforce Go page, go to the Features tab, and search for and select Assignment Rules for IT Service.
            2. Select Get Started on Assignment Rules for IT Service.
            3. Turn on Assignment Rules.
            4. Confirm that you want to turn on Assignment Rules.
              This action will enable Assignment Rules, along with Context Service and BRE Decision Table Access.
