            Build the Backend Automation

            This task guides you through building the automated process that runs after the user submits the form. This flow uses the submitted data to perform actions.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions
            Available in: Aura and LWR Experience Cloud Sites
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. Select Autolaunched Flow (No Trigger).
            3. Open the Toolbox and click New Resource.
            4. Create a new resource with the following settings:

              Resource Type: Variable

              API Name: anchorEntityId

              Data Type: Text

              Check the box for Available for input.

            5. Build the automation logic for your process.
              You can use the anchorEntityId variable to get the Case that was created when the user submitted the form.
            6. Save and Activate the flow.
