          Connect and Deploy the Service to a Knowledge Article

          This final task connects all the pieces and makes the service visible to your Experience Cloud site.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions
          Available in: Aura and LWR Experience Cloud Sites
          1. Return to your service’s configuration page in the Unified Catalog app.
          2. Under Configuration, click Intake Form. Select the Screen Flow you built in Build the Intake Form.
          3. Click Fulfillment. Select the Autolaunched Flow you built in Build the Backend Automation.
          4. Activate the service.
          5. Create a Product record to represent your service and ensure the Active checkbox is selected.
          6. Navigate to the target Knowledge Article record.
          7. In the Linked Articles related list, associate the Product record with the article.
          8. From Experience Builder, navigate to your Knowledge Detail page (for Aura or LWR sites).
          9. Drag the Knowledge Article and Service Process component from the Components panel onto your page layout.
          10. Publish your site.
