          Create and Configure the Unified Catalog Service

          This task guides you through creating the service that will act as the container for your automation.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions
          Available in: Aura and LWR Experience Cloud Sites
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Unified Catalog.
          2. Navigate to the Services tab and click New.
          3. Enter a Service Name (e.g., Password Reset Service) and click Save.
          4. On the service’s configuration page, click Data Models.
          5. Under Target Data Model, select Case or Incident.
          6. Click Attributes.
            In this section, add the custom attributes that will store the data you collect from the user. For example, add a Text attribute for UserEmail.These attributes become input variables for your flows.
