You can add the Enterprise Knowledge Articles related list to show external harmonized
content from Data 360 attached to records and the Standard Knowledge Articles related list
(formerly Articles related list) to show native Salesforce knowledge articles attached to
records.
Required Editions
Note The 'Articles' related list has been renamed to 'Salesforce Standard Articles,' only for
Enterprise Knowledge to distinguish between native Salesforce content and external harmonized
content from Data 360. Users not using Enterprise Knowledge will continue to see the 'Articles'
related list.
Before you add the related lists to your Lightning Record page, make sure that you have setup
Enterprise Knowledge. Learn more in Get
Started with Enterprise Knowledge.
From Setup, go to the Object Manager tab.
In the Quick Find box, enter Case, and then click Case.
Click Case Page Layouts and then open Case Layout.
In the Case Layout section, click Related Lists.
Then, drag the Enterprise Knowledge Articles related lists and
Standard Knowledge Articles to the Related Lists section on the
page.
Save your changes.
