Set Up Knowledge Feedback in Experience Cloud
To set up Knowledge Feedback in Experience Cloud for your customer community, first build a Experience Cloud site.

This information applies to Aura sites.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and then select All Sites.
- Click Builder next to your Experience Cloud site.
- Click Page Properties, then select Article Detail.
- Click Article Content component. In the Article Content section, select Allow feedback on articles and Allow voting on articles.

To enable Knowledge Feedback for guest user in Experience Cloud, go to Settings and in
the General tab, in the Public Access section, select Guest users can see and
interact with the site without logging in.
Make sure you’ve configured the guest user profile so that your customers can view and interact with your site without logging in.
- Under Guest User Profile, click your guest user profile name.
- Click Edit.

Scroll to the Standard Object Permissions section, and select these object
permissions.
- Knowledge Article Feedback: Read and Create
- Surveys: Read
- Survey Invitations: Read
- Survey Responses: Read and Create
- In the Knowledge Base Permissions section, select Read permission for Knowledge.
- Click Save.
- To activate your Experience Cloud site, go to Administration and in the Settings tab, click Activate.
- Publish your changes.
