Manage Article Hierarchy in the Knowledge Maps Component
The Knowledge Maps component shows your knowledge articles in a clear, hierarchical
structure. You can easily reorganize the structure and order of your articles directly within the
Knowledge Maps component.
Read, Create, and Edit access for Knowledge Article
Relationships.
In the Knowledge Maps component, you can reorganize or change the order of an article in
the hierarchy.
Open an article record page.
In the Knowledge Maps component, turn on Edit Mode.
Then, drag and drop the article to its new place in the hierarchy.
Note We recommend keeping your article hierarchy simple, with no more than five parent levels
when you reorganize articles.
