          Set Up Third-Party Connectors with Data 360

          Set up third-party connectors in Data 360 to import knowledge from third-party sources. Make sure you’ve set up Data 360 in your org.

          Required Editions

          Available in Lightning Experience. View supported editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To view Knowledge Settings in Setup: Knowledge User license
          To set up and manage Unified Knowledge:

          Customize Application

          AND

          Manage Salesforce Knowledge

          To view the Data Categories page: View Data Categories in Setup
          To create, edit, or delete data categories: Manage Data Categories
          1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Unified Knowledge, and then select Unified Knowledge.
          2. On the Unified Knowledge page, click Add a Source.
          3. In the Add a Source page, go the Data Cloud tab and complete these configurations.
            1. Click Configure Connectors and set up a new third-party connector to ingest data into Data 360.
            2. Click Create Data Streams and create a new data stream for your connector for the flow of data into Data 360.
            3. Click Create Search Index and create a new search index for generative AI grounding.
          4. Click Done.
