          Sync Knowledge with Data 360

          To form a comprehensive, integrated knowledge base, sync your knowledge from the Einstein 1 Platform to Data 360.

          Required Editions

          Available in Lightning Experience. View supported editions.

          To view Knowledge Settings in Setup: Knowledge User license
          To set up and manage Unified Knowledge:

          To view the Data Categories page: View Data Categories in Setup
          To create, edit, or delete data categories: Manage Data Categories

          Before you sync your knowledge with Data 360, make sure you’ve set up Data 360 and enabled Lightning Knowledge. You must also have access to the KnowledgeArticleVersion, ContentDocument, ContentVersion, and ContentDocumentLink objects. If you don’t have access, contact your Salesforce admin.

          1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Enhanced Knowledge Settings, and then select Enhanced Knowledge Settings.
          2. On the Enhanced Knowledge Settings page, click Sync with Data Cloud.
          3. On the Sync with Data Cloud page, select the Rich Text Area (RTA) fields you want to add to the data model object (DMO).
          4. On the next page, the data stream is already selected in the default data space. To change the data stream, go to Data 360. Make sure your data stream is created in the default data space.
          5. Click Done.
