          Create a WhatsApp Pay Messaging Component

          Use these steps to create a WhatsApp Pay Messaging Component.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.

          User Permissions Needed
          To set up and edit Messaging channels: Configure Messaging
          To view channels: View Setup and Configuration
          1. Add a payment method to your WhatsApp Business Account through your WhatsApp Business Manager.
          2. From Setup, in the Quick Find search box, enter Messaging Components, and select Messaging Components.
          3. Click New Component.
            The New Messaging Component window appears.
          4. Click Payment, and then click Next.
          5. Enter the details for Prompt, Plain Text Payment URL, and upload the image.
          6. Click Next.
          7. Enter the plain text formula and then click Next.
          8. Enter the required information for messaging component name, developer name, and description.
          9. Click Done.
          10. Click + Add Payment Channel.
          11. Click WhatsApp and then click Done.
          12. Under Component Formats, click Payment to set the component properties.
          13. Click Save and then click Activate to activate WhatsApp Pay.
          • Brazil doesn't receive any payment status from Meta. You’ll receive confirmation or failure status from the payment gateway. You can populate these details in a custom Salesforce object.
