- Add a payment method to your WhatsApp Business Account through your WhatsApp Business Manager.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find search box, enter Messaging Components, and select Messaging Components.

Click New Component.
The New Messaging Component window appears.
- Click Payment, and then click Next.
- Enter the details for Prompt, Plain Text Payment URL, and upload the image.
- Click Next.
- Enter the plain text formula and then click Next.
- Enter the required information for messaging component name, developer name, and description.
- Click Done.
- Click + Add Payment Channel.
- Click WhatsApp and then click Done.
- Under Component Formats, click Payment to set the component properties.
- Click Save and then click Activate to activate WhatsApp Pay.
- Brazil doesn't receive any payment status from Meta. You’ll receive confirmation or failure status from the payment gateway. You can populate these details in a custom Salesforce object.
