To bulk update enhanced messaging channels, download a CSV file from Salesforce, edit it, and then upload it in Setup. Review the guidance for each column in the file.

-
From Channel Type, select the type of channels that you want

Step 2: Edit Your CSV File
Edit the downloaded CSV file to update channel settings. After your file is ready, you upload it to Salesforce for the changes to be processed.

Salesforce starts processing the file. After the processing is complete, you get an email with the number of records that have passed and failed.
