          The Payment Messaging Component supports payments that use WhatsApp. Sales reps can send secured direct payment requests to customers. Customers can complete the transaction immediately without leaving the conversation, boosting your conversion, and improving the customer experience.

          Note You can't use WhatsApp payment messages as automatically triggered outbound messages. Service representatives have to send these messages manually, as bots or Agentforce don't support this feature.
