            Assign Permissions to Mobile Workers for Accessing GIS Maps

            Make sure that the following permissions are assigned to the mobile workers who must access GIS maps.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience.
            Available in: Enterprise Edition with the Asset Service Lifecycle Management add-on license, or in Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To assign permission sets and permissions: Customize Application
            1. Add the Field Service Mobile License permission set to the mobile worker profile assigned to your mobile workers.
            2. Ensure that the following system permissions are enabled: API Enabled and Lightning SDK for Field Service Mobile.
            3. Turn on Enable GIS Maps.
