Offline Behaviors in the Field Service Mobile App
See what gets primed and what is available offline with the Field Service mobile app.
Required Editions
| Available in: both Salesforce Classic (not available in all orgs) and Lightning Experience |
| The Field Service core features, managed package, and mobile app are available in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions. |
| To access the Field Service mobile app, users need the Field Service Mobile user license. |
Tip To see at a glance what is being primed, use Performance Priming, which employs
offline briefcases to sync data to the Field Service mobile app. Data to be primed is
visible in Briefcase Builder.

Flows
- All Field Service flows in Field Service mobile settings are primed.
- Subflows referenced explicitly by a Field Service flow are primed.
- Records referenced by flows aren’t primed.
