            Use Briefcase Builder with Field Service for Offline Work

            Get access to thousands of records offline, even in the most challenging environments.

            Required Editions

            Available in: both Salesforce Classic (not available in all orgs) and Lightning Experience
            The Field Service core features, managed package, and mobile app are available in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
            To access the Field Service mobile app, users need the Field Service Mobile user license.

            With Briefcase Builder, you can create a briefcase and then select the records that you want to put in the briefcase. After the briefcase is set up, you can make it available to your users while they’re offline in the Field Service iOS and Android mobile apps.

            Note To use Briefcase Builder and access its full functionality, install the iOS and Android Field Service connected apps. Without the connected apps, Briefcase Builder doesn’t work.
