            Add the Field Service Mobile Widget

            You can add the Field Service mobile widget along with the Field Service mobile app on iOS devices.

            Required Editions

            Available in: both Salesforce Classic (not available in all orgs) and Lightning Experience
            The Field Service core features, managed package, and mobile app are available in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
            To access the Field Service mobile app, users need the Field Service Mobile user license.

            The widget shows the next service appointment on your home screen. You can see the appointment details and check when to head out to the appointment to make sure you're on time. You can also update the appointment’s status from Dispatched to En Route and navigate to the location directly from the widget.
