Configure your own keyboard shortcuts for quick controls within the Enhanced
Omni-Channel utility.
From Settings in the Omni-Channel utility, turn on the Configure Keyboard Controls option.
Select the Configure Keyboard Controls option.
For each function, enter a unique keyboard shortcut value.
Save the changes. The custom shortcuts are active immediately.
