          Install the Prebuilt Reports and Dashboards

          To track the performance of your contact center and reps, install prebuilt reports and dashboards for Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud). You can copy, modify, and delete them, if needed.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To install service reporting: Modify All Data
          Note
          Note Service Cloud is now Agentforce Service. You may see references to Service Cloud in Salesforce applications and documentation.

          Before you install this feature, enable Enhanced Omni-Channel.

          1. From Setup, enter Service Cloud Reports in the Quick Find box, then select Service Cloud Reports.
            On the Service Cloud Reports page, you will see multiple sets of dashboards and reports.
          2. Select the sets that you want to install.
          3. To install them, click Install.
            You might reinstall them to get the latest version. If you reinstall them, the installation overwrites the previous versions of reports with the same dev names. To keep a report’s modifications, save the report as a new report before you run the installation again.
