Manage Service Appointment Bundling as a Dispatcher
Service appointment bundling lets you group multiple service appointments that make sense to be performed together and to define them as one unit, called a bundle. For example, you can bundle several visits at the same customer location or utility meter readings—or package deliveries—at an apartment complex. By creating and scheduling a bundle, you can make sure the component appointments, called bundle members, are scheduled, rescheduled, and executed together as one unit.
