Find and Filter Service Appointments with Agentforce
As a dispatcher, use Agentforce to search for any service appointment by using natural
language rather than searching from the appointment list. Ask Agentforce to create filters in
the appointment list based on your search criteria. Access these filters from the My Agentforce
Searches section of the filter list.

To use Agentforce in the Classic Dispatch Console or Scheduling Console, ask the AI
agent to search for appointments. For example, “Show me unscheduled appointments that are
due today.”
The AI agent shows a list of appointments that match your search criteria (1).
It also creates filters for each category in the filters list (3). You can use the tooltip
to view a description of each filter.
The filter appears in the filter list (3), and your appointments are shown in
the appointments list (4), enabling you to take appropriate action.
Note You can access the filter again from the My Agentforce Searches section in
the filters list, according to the date and time you created the filter. To see details
about your search, hover over the tooltip.
