            Retrieve Optimization Request Files

            Get the request and response files of an optimization request to help you troubleshoot issues.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            The Field Service core features, managed package, and mobile app are available in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.

            User Permissions Needed
            To retrieve optimization request files: Field Service Admin permission set AND Field Service Integration permission set
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Optimization Center. Then, click Optimization Request Files.
            2. Enter the optimization request ID. You can find the ID in the activity report. See Generate Activity Reports.
            3. Click Retrieve Files. The files are added to the Generated Files section.
            4. To view the files, in the Generated Files section, click Download from the Actions menu of the file. The files download in a JSON file format.
