This is a Field Service managed package feature.
Before you enable Rule Violation Analytics, make sure that you meet these requirements.
- Field Service is enabled.
- All Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization requirements are met.
- Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization is enabled.
- Data 360 is enabled.
- Data Cloud Home Org for Field Service is enabled.

For this beta feature, you must enable beta connectors to unify your data within Data
360.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Data Cloud, and then select Feature Manager.
- Under Available Features, find Connectors (Beta) and click Enable.

Enable data ingestion from Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Salesforce Go, and then search for Data Cloud Home Org for Field Service.
- In the Complete the Basic Steps section, turn on Ingest Data from Enhanced Scheduling & Optimization.
Rule Violation Analytics Limitations and Considerations
Review the limitations and considerations of Rule Violation Analytics.
- Rule Violation Analytics doesn’t support operations related to unscheduling, bulk scheduling, and complex work chains.
- The data ingestion interval for rule violations into Data 360 is non-configurable and occurs approximately every hour.
- Rule Violation Analytics data retention follows the standard Data 360 retention policies.
- Rule Violation Analytics can be turned off after being enabled through Salesforce Go. However, once it’s turned off, you can't re-enable it.
