Service Appointment Lifecycle includes information for these scheduling activities.
- Created—The service appointment was created. When an appointment is created, Service Appointment Lifecycle shows you the values of all the tracked fields at the time of creation.
- Scheduled—An unscheduled service appointment was scheduled.
- Rescheduled—A scheduled service appointment was rescheduled. An appointment is considered rescheduled if a change is made to its assigned service resource or to its scheduled start time.
- Unscheduled—A scheduled service appointment was unscheduled.
- Status changed—The service appointment status was changed. For example, the status was changed to Complete. The manual activities of scheduling, rescheduling, and unscheduling are also reported as status changes because they change the status of a service appointment.
- Service resource assigned—The service appointment was assigned to a service resource. When a service appointment is assigned to a crew, all its crew members are assigned to that appointment. Service Appointment Lifecycle shows you separate scheduling activities for the crew and for each individual service resource. When a resource is added to a crew with an assigned appointment, Service Appointment Lifecycle shows you this change as a new activity. When a resource is removed from a crew, Service Appointment Lifecycle doesn’t show the change.
- Details updated—The service appointment details were changed. Service Appointment Lifecycle shows you the changes made to one or more of the tracked scheduling fields. If these changes aren’t shown in any of the other activities, they’re shown here.
- Deleted—The service appointment was deleted. You can find the deletion details on the Field Service Object Change record page.
