          Verify that you’ve completed these prerequisite tasks before you set up rules to route work to queues.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.

          If you’re using dynamic routing to queues, make sure that there are service reps online in those queues, and that the queue size is set appropriately.

          1. Create the queues.
          2. Define routing configuration.
          3. To route calls, map your Salesforce queues to the telephony provider queues.
