          Install the C360 Semantic Model for Service Insights

          The C360 semantic data model (SDM) is a unified semantic model that serves as a central foundation to define and manage metrics derived from standard Salesforce objects. It defines the relationships between Sales Insights objects.

          Required Editions

          View supported editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To manage Data 360: Data Cloud Architect
          To manage Service Insights: Tableau Included App Manager permission set
          To use Service Insights:

          Tableau Next Limited Consumer

          OR

          Tableau Next Included App Business User

          For more information about the C360 semantic model, see The C360 Semantic Model

          1. From the Setup menu, go to Apps > Intelligent Apps > C360 Semantic Model.
          2. From the C360 Semantic Model setup page, click Install and allow some time for the components to install.
          3. To verify the install, go to Data Cloud > Semantic Layer and look for the C360 Semantic Model.
